As we reflect on today’s Sunday Gratitude #quote , let’s remember the power of gratitude. Gratitude does make you happy. It feels good, which makes you happy and uplifted to focus on that which you already have. There is an abundance surrounding you. All you have to do is open your eyes to see it. When you can do this on a consistent basis, the world takes on a whole new perspective. Life just seems to flow, you are more happy, more things to be grateful come into your existence. Hard to believe? Well just try it. Try a 30-day gratitude challenge. There are many ways to do this challenge. One way is to wake up every morning and give thanks to at least 5 things for which you are grateful. After 30-days reflect on how you feel and if you can tell a difference then how you felt when you started.
